  Excellent customer service. I purchased a customised Eames Lounge Chair and Ottoman during the sale period, at a relatively good price. I did make a request for a specific colour combination of the leather and wood. They made some enquiries with the manufacturer and were able to provide what I wanted (other sellers wouldn't even have tried asking). Communication was quite quick. It was easy ordering. They even allowed paying a deposit to confirm the order with the balance payable about 2 months later, once the chair had been made and shipped to the UK ready for delivery to me. The delivery guys informed me when they were going to arrive, incl. a call 20 minutes before arrival. And they helpfully deposited the chair upstairs exactly where I wanted it.
